An isomorphic relationship exists between co-leaders and the group-co-leaders must have highly functional interpersonal relationships in order to be effective. The current presentation focuses on ruptures and repairs in the co-leader relationship through the lens of attachment and interpersonal theory with consideration of multiple, intersecting identities.
