Race roles and dynamics influence our personal, professional and community group interactions. This institute's interracial leadership will offer participants opportunities to examine internalized racial beliefs in cross  racial interactions. Participants will reflect on internalized tensions and take risks as they honestly examine their own and others' narratives in a cross racial group.
